It aims to promote Sahakarya Nepal a reputable organization effectively achieving its goals by carrying out an organizational development initiative.

Strategic interventions include:

Organize training to board and staff members on different thematic areas such as program planning, monitoring and evaluation, proposal writing, report writing and governance.

Organize workshop on program and design and development participating board and staff members.

Formulate and amend program and organizational policies as required.

Implement community development activities with the coordination and collaboration of local government and external partner.

Extend networking with like-minded organizations to gain their knowledge and experiences in development activities.

Establish a functional strategy on communication and knowledge management to explore information of the organizational experiences, success stories and research papers.
